On behalf of the GSA Office of Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement:

GSA plans to issue a solicitation resulting in a task order award to provide services to support and sustain the services that include operating and maintaining both mission-critical and non-mission-critical technologies.

2. Number of Employees: (Please provide the total number of employees and indicate if they hold a current clearance and what type. Do not include Subcontractors or Independent Contractors)

3. Business System Approvals: (Name of System, Approval Date and By Whom)

4. Please provide information on three (3) Past Experience projects that adhere to the following criteria: Please provide projects that are within the last three (3) years of today’s date, that were performed as a Prime Contractor, with a value of at least $40 million or more, with a Period of Performance of at least three (3) years. Please include projects that are the similar to the work described above and include the major tasks of the requirement. Please provide the specific duties performed for each major task requirement under the similar past experience project.

If the project does NOT include all of the requirements above, the project does not qualify as “Previous Experience”. If you are planning to form a Joint-Venture or Teaming Arrangement, please submit two (2) separate Capability Statements for each Contractor.
