GSA ITC Cloud Pricing & Invoicing - Market Research

On behalf of the General Services Administration, GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement:
This RFI is only targeting Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions offered through GSA IT MAS. For example: Special Item Number (SIN) 518210C Cloud Computing and Cloud Related IT Professional Services, 511210 Software Licenses, and other MAS SINs where Industry currently offers Software as a Service. Responses should not incorporate Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and IT Professional Services associated with SaaS solutions.
